KIRI/KARA/SEABURA
Ramen Preparation
1. Reheat both Tsukemen and Dashi (Wari) soups by using a cooking pot or putting it into a microwave selecting HI for a few minutes until boiling then prepare them in separate bowls.
2. Put the raw noodles into boiling water. It takes about 4 minutes as recommended (the hardness of the noodles depends on your preference, you can adapt).
3. Wash the boiled noodles and then dunk in cold water with ice to harden the noodles and make them chewy and springy (Shimeru) then serve them in a dish.
4. Decorate all the toppings atop or on the side within the dish of noodles.
5. Dip the noodles into the hot soup and slurp them down. The Dashi soup is used for soup dilution at the conclusion of the meal. Enjoy Kiri Tsukemen
TORIPAITAN/YUZUSHIO

HIYASHI CHUKA
Ramen Preparation
1. Chill the cold soup before use.
2. Put the raw noodles into boiling water. It takes about 1.45 minutes as recommended (the hardness of the noodles depends on your preference, you can adapt).
3. Wash the boiled noodles and then dunk in cold water with ice to harden the noodles and make them chewy and springy (Shimeru) then serve them in a dish.
4. Decorate all the toppings atop or on the side within the dish of noodles.
5. Pour the cold soup on your noodles dish and enjoy
SHIO/SHOYU/SEABURA SHOYU/ SHIRO
Ramen Preparation
1. Reheat the soup by using a cooking pot or putting it into a microwave selecting HI for a few minutes until boiling.
2. Put the raw noodles into the boiling water. It takes about 45 seconds as recommended (the firmness of noodles depends on your preference).
3. Place the boiled noodles into a bowl and pour the reheated soup on the noodles.
4. Well stirring them altogether until the noodles are loosen.
5. Add your favorite toppings and enjoy!!!
